Damage-free car entry
We don't use slim jims or force. The locksmiths we send use purpose-made entry and lock picking tools that open the door the way the key would. Most lockouts take 5 to 15 minutes once we arrive, and your car is left exactly as it was.
- Keys locked inside the car
- Keys locked in the boot
- Door lock or central locking failed
- Key fob battery dead and the car won't open
- Child or pet locked in the car (call 999 first if anyone is in danger)

What to do while you wait
Stay somewhere safe and well lit, keep your phone charged and have your ID ready. If the car is on a busy road, put your hazard lights on if you can and stand well away from traffic.
